Music Review
Exodus, formed by two brothers, Anthony and Ryan Trimble, has really been making a name for themselves throughout the UPCI. With their first self-titled album recently being released, they have already won the North American Talent Search's group category award, and have completely sold out of albums (more are being produced!). Exodus’s style borrows from several different genres and is heavily defined by their skillful piano hooks and vocal melodies. The album is full of catchy lyrics, beautiful melodies, and is a very creative album overall. The level of apostolic music being developed by young people today is incredible and with Exodus self-producing their groundbreaking debut album, you'll love what these guys and others have to offer. Their song "Alone" is the opening track and is an excellent story about how there are times in life when we feel all alone, but God is there to fill the void and take away the sorrow. This song also won first place when they sang in in the North American Talent Search. This eleven song album is a “must have” for your collection. This dynamic duo hails from St. Charles, Missouri where their father serves as pastor. Anthony also is a member of the INSIDEOUT Magazine Contributor Staff.
